Harrogate Town have signed former Newport County defender Kyle Jameson on a short-term contract.
The 27-year-old was a free agent after leaving the Exiles at the end of last season.
He could make his debut for Harrogate, who are one point above the League Two relegation zone, in Saturday’s home game against Walsall.
“He’s a very mobile centre-half and at 27 should be coming into his peak years, he’s already shown on trial how hungry he is and how much he wants to prove a point,” boss Simon Weaver told the club website.
