A “substantial amount” of stock was stolen during an early morning ram-raid at a shop in Leeds, police said.
Officers were called to the B&M store on Torre Lane in Harehills at about 06:30 GMT, according to West Yorkshire Police.
A cordon remained in place at the scene on Thursday afternoon while investigations by detectives from the Leeds District Crime Team continued, a force spokesperson said.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who had information about the incident, was asked to get in touch, they added.
