The family of a missing man have issued a fresh appeal for information on the anniversary of his disappearance.
Les Davis, from Scarborough, was last seen on CCTV leaving his home in the Dean Road area on19 December 2024.
Mr Davis, who was 85 at the time, is described as being 5ft 4in tall (1.64m) , of small build with short white/grey hair.
His family said he was “desperately missed” and hope a renewed appeal would help give them the answers they need.
In a short statement, they said: “Les is desperately missed, and it’s particularly difficult at this time of year.
“Even the smallest piece of information could lead to the answers we need, and give us some kind of closure.”
North Yorkshire Police said officers were still seeking information about any potential sightings of Mr Davis from the 19 December around the William Street Coach Park or along Marine Drive and Royal Albert Drive.
Insp Craig Regan said: “Someone out there may have a crucial sighting or memory.
“If so, no matter how seemingly small or insignificant it is, we need to hear from you.”
