A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries in a crash which followed a police pursuit.
It happened after the male rider failed to stop when requested to do so by officers in Ossett at about 15:30 BST on Thursday, according to West Yorkshire Police.
The rider was then involved in a collision with a car being driven by a member of the public on Owl Lane, officers said.
A spokesperson for the force said investigations into the incident were “ongoing”.
