Khan, 32, of Middleton Crescent in Leeds, received an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
He admitted providing the deceased man’s details after his vehicle was recorded travelling at 60mph in a 40mph zone on Stanningley Road in Leeds on 6 September 2020.
Aljammoor, 37, of Carr Bottom Avenue in Bradford, was given a 15-month jail sentence, suspended for two years, after admitting two counts of perverting the course of justice.
Her BMW X5 was caught travelling at 64mph in a 50mph zone in July 2022, while a second offence involved an Audi A3 activating a speed camera on New York Road in Leeds in April 2024.
Razaq, 49, of Avenel Terrace in Bradford, received a six-month sentence, suspended for two years, after admitting submitting the man’s details when his Mercedes C250 was detected travelling at 80mph on the M1 northbound in December 2020.
All four were sentenced between 5 and 7 August for what Wainwright said had been “really shameful offending”.
Wainwright, of the digital submission team at West Yorkshire Police, added: “We welcome the sentencing of all four of these people who attempted to blame a deceased man to try and escape justice for offences committed in their vehicles.”
